A Ledge Set
By grond
Name: KCLedgeSet
Version: 1.0
Date: 7/3/2009
Category: Resources
Author(s): grond
Description
===========
This is Modder's Resource. It's a simple retexture of the Bruma ledge pieces, from white to pinkish, so they can look nice alongside the castle meshes. To use these, you must first create new statics, then direct them to the desired NIFs included in this archive. Just rename a Bruma ledge piece you want to use, and redirect it to use one of my NIFs. Easy.
Install
=======
Just open the archive and copy/paste the "Meshes" folder into your Oblivion\Data folder. The meshes have their own folder - KC - and the IDs all start with KC as well.
Uninstall
=========
Delete the files.
Known Issues or Bugs
====================
None - but contact me if something strange happens.

Arthmoor's Painting Resource
By Arthmoor
A collection of hi-res 1024x512 paintings in rectangle and square format that were taken from in-game screenshots as I played.
They have been passed through filters in GIMP and finalized using Paint.NET, using the procedure outlined here: https://www.afkmods.com/index.php?/topic/3048-oblivion-say-cheese-making-paintings-for-oblivion/
Many of these paintings appear in my mods, though not all of them have been used yet. Since the vanilla painting resources are so few and of such low quality, I decided to share these for others to use freely in their own mods.
My Patreon Page: https://www.patreon.com/arthmoor
System Requirements
A working copy of Oblivion and the TES Construction Set. Strongly recommend the use of the Construction Set Extender.
Installation
Unpack into your Data folder. Recommended to use BAIN as they will overlap with my mods if you happen to be using any of them.
There are no files to activate. You must add the resources using the CS into your own mods.
Uninstallation
Remove the files added by this mod, preferably using BAIN so as not to remove any which are in use by other mods.
Options Available
Paintings are included for the following categories:
Ayleid Ruins
Cities/Towns - All from Cyrodiil. Includes one each of my villages.
Nehrim - Screenshots from the Nehrim total conversion.
People - The city royalty, Uriel Septim, and two generic.
Scenic - Paintings of various landscape shots, including some from the Unique Landscapes series.

This is meant for modders or anyone that knows how to mod Oblivion, this is a package of re-textures, it contains a new texture for the Troll. I thought it might come in handy for Martigens Monster MOd and those other mods neading new creatures and resources.
Anyway, anyone can use this for whatever purpose as long as I am given credit for the texture.

Burnt Ayleid Ruin and Lava Falls Resource
By WhoGuru
Name: Burnt Ayleid Ruins and Lava Falls Resource
Version: 1.2
Date: 11/30/2009
Category: Resources
Author: WhoGuru
Source: TESA
=================
Requirements:
=================
Oblivion 1.2.416
=================
Description:
=================
This is a complete retexture of the Ayleid Tile Set into something with a more burnt look, NOT a replacer. You will also find a few Lava Waterfalls included.
=================
Details:
=================
I created this for the Oblivion Realms Project, for use in my own realm and decided to release these as a resource as well. These ruins are meant and designed for an Oblivion Realm. A realm where it is never dark, never sees sunlight and is constantly lit by a red glow. In Oblivion, they look very different. These are not your average, drop in the forest and enjoy ruins. They require some thought and creativity to use effectively.
Note: There is NO esp. You will have to add them in the CS yourself. This is a resource, NOT a playable mod.
=================
Installation
=================
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data
folder.
=================
Un-Installation:
=================
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
=================
Updates and Extra Files:
These files should be downloaded to supplement and upgrade the files downloaded in version 1.0. If you have never downloaded this set before you only need the version 1.2 main file which includes all 3 updates.
=================
BurntTileSetUpdateOnly: This is to replace a couple faulty textures and fix the file paths for the Cameron's Paradise pieces. If you have already downloaded and don't want to fix those file paths yourself, simply grab the update and allow it to overwrite the originals. You can download it below this description.
TileSetUpdate02: Fixes a couple additional goofs and textures. You can download it below this description.
TileSetUpdate03: Adds new lava falls with more realistic lava effects and a lava themed ayleid door made by request. You can download it below this description.
=================
Incompatibility:
=================
n/a
=================
Known Issues:
=================
There may be some small, odd artifacts on a couple of textures. I've tried to do away with these, but they are so incredibly small, I may have missed a few. If so, simply contact me and tell me which Mesh has the problem texture and I will find it and fix it.

Cell Sized LOD Water Plane
By Arthmoor
Bodies of water. They're everywhere in the game. The most obvious of which are Lake Rumare and the Niben Bay. They're both visible in LOD all the time. But what about your big lake in the hills? Or the lake outside of Cheydinhal? Or any other body of water which is raised above sea level? No, those are not visible at all in LOD. There is apparently a limitation in the game engine which will simply not display it regardless of the water height assigned to the cells. This resource is meant to aid you in changing that.
Provided in this package are two simple nif files. LODWaterPlane.nif is simply a large square editor object that you use within the CS to add to a cell where you have water. LODWaterPlane_far.nif is the LOD version of the same, which is a basic two triangle water plane with the Lava material added so that the game will treat it as water. It has all of the reflective properties expected, and even displays water ripples when passing over it with the free camera.

There are some settings you'll need to know for the creatures.

Empty Imperial City
By Lanceor
Click here for Discussion page.
This resource forms part of my WIP Knights of the Nine: Revelation mod. Since it could be useful to other modders, I've released it as a separate resource. It will be exclusive to TESA until KOTN:R is released.
Name: Empty Imperial City
Version: 0.99 Beta (should work fine, but only 5 hours of testing done at time of this writing)
Date: 26/01/2011
Category: Modder's Resource
Requirements: Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.416, Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE)
Author: Lanceor
Empty Imperial City - a modder's resource
=========================================
Ever wanted to completely trash the Imperial City? Any competent modder knows that deleting stuff throughout the IC will probably cause CTD's and corrupt savegames beyond repair. With this resource, you can now do it safely!
What is it?
==========
The entire Imperial City has been duplicated as nine new worldspaces, one for each district. You can alter ANYTHING in these new worldspaces without overwriting any vanilla references. Fill it with ninjas and stage a giant battle, replace all the buildings with gingerbread houses, turn the Imperial Palace into a football stadium - anything you want.
What's different in the Empty Imperial City?
============================================
- All doors were replaced with identical looking activators. (By default, they message "You can't open this door." when clicked though you can change it to anything you can script.)
- You can't fast travel into it (markers will be disabled on the player's map).
- All NPC's and Xmarkers were removed.
- All containers, clutter and pathgrids were left untouched.
- The script detects if the main quest has been completed and updates the Empty Temple District accordingly.
How do you activate the Empty Imperial City?
============================================
A sample script has been provided. You can use it as-is, modify it or copy/paste chunks of it into your other scripts, quest updates and dialogues.
aaaEICActivationScript is the main script and is currently a quest script. All you have to do is change one variable and the Imperial City updates automatically the next time the script runs:
Set aaaEICActivation.EICActivated to 1 if you want to ACTIVATE EIC
Set aaaEICActivation.EICActivated to 0 if you want to DEACTIVATE EIC
Once the Empty Imperial City is activated:
- Five new doors will be enabled in the Tamriel worldspace, covering up the original IC doors.
- The three (more accurately four) IC sewer entrances are disabled, replaced with activators.
- All IC Fast Travel Markers are disabled from the player's map.
A quest update can be used to explain why they player cannot fast travel to the IC e.g. "The city is under attack and I can't fast travel inside!"
Upon deactivating the Empty Imperial City, the above changes are reversed.
A testing spell is automatically added to your spell list so you can switch between the real and Empty imperial cities just by casting a spell. (Make sure you delete this before releasing your mod.)
Can I leave the Arcane University or Imperial Prison vanilla?
=============================================================
Yes, just delete the parts of the script that affect the University and Prison. You should also use a tool like TES4Edit to delete any changes to those two map markers. To reduce esp size, you should delete the alternative doors and the related wordspaces.
Can I leave other districts vanilla?
====================================
It can be done, but because the seven core districts are interconnected, more work will be required. You'll need to modify the doors between the districts and add more scripted replacement doors.
Install/Uninstall
=================
This resource consists of one esp that you can merge with your own esp. Using it as a dependency is not recommended.
Conflict data for modders
=========================
Edited vanilla references - The map markers for each district (total 9) were given names and their child statuses were removed.
Two of the sewer entrances were given names so that they can be called via script.
Disabled vanilla references - None initially. The Nine map markers and four sewer entrances are disabled upon activating EIC.
Deleted vanilla references - None
Known Issues or Bugs

None known

Feel free to use this resource in your mod any way you see fit - there's no need to ask for permission. Mentioning me in the credits will get you lots of good karma.
What I ask that you don't do:
- Repackage it and label it as your own.
- Upload it to another server - I wish to be able to keep it updated and I can't keep track of it if it's uploaded to other places.
- Try to make money from it.
