Oblivion was shipped with 86 Idle dialogues lines that NPCs would mutter to themselves when not doing anything in particular. The game never called those lines on the NPCs.
This patch fixes this issue...
This mod will work with any language version of Oblivion, as long as the Idles have been dubbed and translated to your language.

- Added a condition to the script to prevent sleeping NPCs from saying their idles.
- Added a condition to the script to prevent NPCs from saying their Idles if they're in combat.
- Added a condition to the script to prevent NPCs from saying their Idles right after the player drank their blood as a vampire.
