I copy/pasted the amarantha heightmap above the tamriel one. I'm not bragging but here's how things stack up. Including the little sliver that the heightmap encompasses of tamriel there is about 22 blocks. With borders you are restricted to 7-8 of those. Amarantha however encompases 22, roughly the same size as the tamriel worldspace, However border wise? the borders will only be on the ocean. As they are a natural border. All land will be able to be seen and traveled on. I've tackled a gigantic project and once I can draw up the regions I want. Everything should be fine and ready to go.
Of course this is given the fact that the CS cooperates and loads nicely.
