Hmm, maybe if you explained what it is you're trying to do? If you're just wanting to clean mods that you are using the best option is TES4Edit. When you mentioned changing texture file paths it threw me off...1 point

I think NifOpt is what you really need. It does both fix nifs (including texture paths) and bsa compression. I had thought there was a GUI made for it but I can't find any reference now....1 point
