Best bet is to install someplace OUTSIDE of any "Program Files" directory..... UAC gets offended if you try and play there, as does your virus scanner.1 point

Have you delte the Mod Organizer folder and reinstalled it?1 point

Something is interfering with the game writing to the Games folder. When you copied files there, you didn't get a UAC dialog box asking if you really wanted to do that did you?1 point

My Steam also is installed on D: which is only for games and mod organiser is on C: and I never had any problems with that.1 point
