I believe its caused by the difference betwen how the textures are laid out. On the vanilla eye textures, only one eye is shown, whereas the modded ones have both, so when you put the vanilla textures on modded models (or vice versa perhaps) this weirdness happens. Does that help at all?

That's what I thought, but now I'm going through the painful process of trying to find the conflict. I'm just hoping it's not one of my OMODs.

It's called Vampire Hunter, and there's a few variations of the same one floating around Nexus. I linked the original.

At least some of those arrows are in the shield. If it were my character, there'd be arrows everywhere.
