http://www.uesp.net/ on the latest headline it says that beth are likely not going to announce anything at E3 but possibly at QuakeCom in August which leaves us to speculate the TM for Skyrim expires on the 31st of July our Beth letting it go?

hmmm it was designed to be a bit like cloth the diamond was not like a imprint. In later releases I will take look though because I have gone quite far into adding it into the game -
