  2. Thanks with (big) delay. It works only after removing linked references. After that I had fun with exterior navmeshing and there were moments when I want quit moding forever .
  3. I have in my mod exterior 2 LvlAnimalForestPredator parented with an activator (Stockade Barricade01Activator) in nearby fort and linked reference with 2 markers heading. There is also one LvlAmbientCreatures parented with the same activator The fort is used in events in Civil war. I set them to Initially disabled, but they still appears in game. I like very much this spot for my house so I'd like to know the safest way how to rid of them, is possible to move them to another place or anything else that don't break the events in CW quest.

We usually have a show at places where we are docking. We visit a lot of places, and so I gave my crew the idea to sail up to Nehrim. Personally, I have never been there, but one of my sailors said that he knew about a city in the south that would be suitable for our business." Ostian Enhanced brings new life to the capital of Nehrim's Southrealm. It revives the slum area, opens up many barred doors, and adds inhabitants, shops and a lot of new merchandise. There are new stalls at the market plaza and at the harbor, a buyable, well-furnished house of generous size, and new interiors to the Guard Tower and the Federal Bureau for Fortune Restriction. The ships at the harbor are now populated and accessible. The largest of the ships, the Southern Comfort, is home to a group of Entertainers whose presence poses a challenge to the strict moral codes of Ostians ruling class. There are no quests in the mod, but it adds some notes and books that add flavor and background to the lives of old and new NPCs. If you read these texts carefully, you will be able to find two more locations in the Southrealm where new treasures and enemies await you. For those who do not know, Nehrim - At Fate's Edge is a Total Conversion Mod using the Oblivion game engine. It has its own story, fascinating main characters and the end that does not leave you indifferent. This mod is for those who are planning to install the game for the first time and for those who want play it again.   8. Does it apply only to shadow casting light, because I have the same issue in modded house with omnidirectional lights?

I have the same issue, this is connected with Depth Bias, http://www.creationkit.com/Depth_Bias#Depth_Bias In C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim open the SkyrimPrefs an set fShadowBiasScale=2.0000 (the original was fShadowBiasScale=0.3). This solved the problem for me, say for 99%, I don't edit anything else.
  10. Thanks Tamira, So, the the magnifier symbol, how can I miss such an obvious thing. Correction for the multiple chunks materials, it works, I just used the wrong template.
  11. Hello guys, First also, thanks for the great Nifutils suite and a big hug to Skyfox . I must admit that it's a tool that give me big headaches in last time, together with the CK, can be a price for Sky modding. I found some (collision) issues (with 1.1.1.900) 1. The BoxShape, on a custom rug, it has a small box in the middle, everything else around it was hollow. 2. The bhkConvexVerticesShape on clutter, the collision is displaced and smaller than the model (tested in CK). The bhkCompressedMeshShape works fine, except for the chunk materials, I can't assign more than two chunk materials. And just one noob question: the Model viewer, how it is activated?
  12. Yes. you got it. I darkened the textures and now is much better, but there is one who give me a headache. Here is the mesh with textures: nif Can be glossiness, here is 80, the others are set to 50? And just another question? I have few "broken" collisions, they are visible in CK, but in game I get stuck in or I fall through.
  13. I made few custom buildings with new textures and now I have this weird issue. There is a screenshot: http://i945.photobuc...zps6a4bb091.jpg The objects are too shinny and have this flickering issue. Also the textures are too rough. I guess that's probably a normal map problem. I examined the vanilla maps and made similar in DXT5 format (with black or dark Alpha channel), also try with DXT1 maps. I'd try to copy/paste the BSLightingShaderProperty from others similar nifs, editing the specular color with no satisfying effect. From the Oblivion moding I learned that for opaque surfaces you need a DXT1 n_map, but in Skyrim they are mainly in DXT5 format and the specular color is set to white mainly. There is no a hardware problem, I have no problem with the game textures. Any help would be appreciated.
  14. Ta, tam! It work I don't how and why, I have 2 HD, doing a little cleaning I transferred the program on the drive where Skyrim is installed and it works. I have few simple models, max two materials and I used the Farmbannerpost.01.nif like template, but on a model with alpha propriety he need something similar so I used clutter\pelts\peltfloor01.nif. The ChunkMerge works from the second drive without problems. What to say: Mysterious are the ways of the NifTools.
  15. Thanks guys, I tried with several templates including the farmbannerpost01 with no success, it crashes constantly. Maybe is a nif problem. I use Blender 2.49 and export with default morro settings. So bad, I have nice projects and now I'm with hands tied.
  16. Hello, I'm very grateful for this tutorial, but unfortunately this program NifConvert don't work for me. It work sometime on exported Sky meshes, but on custom, and I try with morro nifs, it always crashes. I'm on XP.SP3 if it means something, I go through Niftools forum where are people who complain the same issue, but there is no answer. Are there some prerequisites for this program to run? Must the files like import nif, export nif and template be in specific folder? Maybe this post is not in adequate place, but any help is welcome. There is another way to export with FOE options and take a fun with Nifscope, but the tutorial is rather vague, so I don't know where to start.
  17. I made custom clothes for Heartfire children. The problem is that when you give them through dialog option, thy simply says "Thank...", but the clothes don't appear on the child. All necessary (Armor, Armoraddon, Outfit are done, also change the FormList). But nothing happen. I'm stuck now. Probably I'm missing something (it can be a Package, maybe a Script). Any help would be appreciated.

  20. There is one spiral stairs used in mod\game Nehrim, made by Lazeon. This guy actually did meshes for MSika "Castle Seaview". I don't know if you can use Nehrim's stuff for others mods, but if is for your personal use I think is OK. In Oblivion there is not such mesh, know because I need this for one project.
