  1. you call this a knife? ... THIS is a knife. (cookies to anyone getting that reference ) edit: SLAP! edit: headache getting better and im not allowed to leave home anyways... picking up speed again. straightened the dagger blade to a second version.
  2. did i mention i hate working on ebony tier? ... im also struck down by the flu, so... yeah, slowing down a bit. good news: i can most likely in lets say 2 - 3 hours post first screens about ... jeeez, headache... i made ... uh... a dagger thats imho way superior to the standard one... i managed to get 2 nice blades out of the greatsword... i even managed to make sth decent out of the sword... and i fiddled around a bit with the mace. before i export them and set up the nifs there are 2 - 3 spare parts with which i intend to play around a bit. ... this is how back in my old days the "rovhuls cross" (scythe-type) got created. i wonder if i can create an ebony-scythe-sorta-thingy, would look good on all-ebony-armored villains or draugr overlords... lets see if it works, shall we edit: note to self: remember the nocturne-weapons... the hilt was perfect, but the blade was just a blackened steel one, now i can slap REAL ebony blades onto it... might be worth to revision that stuff
  3. revision of ebony battleaxes and waraxes done. here the final five each, left version is vanilla: chop-chop-chop-chop-chop.... edit: noticed small flaw in one of the ba... fixed.
  4. first design stage.... cant really do much with ebony tier. tbh, its the tier i hated most. i NEVER liked the designs, neither the whimsy axes or those swords that only got like half the blades length as edge. ... stuff like this here is more my taste: the left ones are vanilla editions, not sure how many im gonna keep and implement, ill first fiddle around a bit more with them... same for battleaxes... edit: developement posts are the best way to figure out what to use and what not edit 2: i can forget about doubbling the battleaxes blade... textures wont allow it in any way i find acceptable. good thing though: they closed the meshes on the handles, its gonna be a piece of cake to switch ba with wa blades.
  5. Blender for life back in the days i had so many issues working on armor with 3ds... the python scripts were unbeatable when it came to rigging.
  6. HEROES IN A HARD SHELL! TURTLE-POWER! cookies given from me, cant figure out my old mail. edit: its highly highly HIGHLY recommended to use this armor in combination with fists of malacath. i designed it mainly for that purpose. happy butchering stuff
  7. eyyyyy, i forgot about those... if i still use the same blender version... i should be able to adjust blood-effects now....
  8. sadly it took a few years of break... but i can assure you that i figured out how to add blood effects and reflections about 2 - 3 years ago and youre damn right, it peed me off more than anyone else that it took so long. bad news: forgot my old accounts mail... in case you still play you might wanna follow "rise of the orcs", its still a bit away from getting released, but youll see more blood on my weapons than on regular ones. (A LOT more blood )

    ill check them once im back into the game a bit more. there may be some minor flaws about shaders or so, but ctds.... i never made anything that caused a ctd ... weird. ill check them in-game once im back into the modding-scene a bit more.
  12. cookies to the last post given from the dumbass that erased his mail-addy and by that fudged up his account here glad you enjoyed it it was one of the mods that didnt need any overhaul, i redo / redid the weapons, they now got normals and blood effects and are in general way superior to my old work. this one here didnt need any reflections and blood effects, it is my personal all-time-fav-mod and seriously mudcrab loads of fun if played right now go be a real orc, punch some random elves!

  15. cookies given, and welcome to the club i deleted my old ragna_roks mail during a modding break and also had to start from scratch ... they can take your cookies, but not your hd-files and experience!
  16. personal note: 2021, you sugged elven-butt! i iz not slacking, i was drowning in work. i literally didnt touch my mods in over year, didnt even have time to play anything at all... i intend to finish the tiers. besides that i think that beth will smack out highrock faster than i could implement the rest of my mod, talkin bout the npcs and the scripting and voices and so on, so ill most likely make it a gear-and-weapon-collection-mod. so lemme think... stuff left to do as far as i remember (gotta update this once i checked it completely): rework: glass, daedric, elven new to bo de done: ebony, stahlrim, dragon, nord-hero-retex for draugr stuff fix: i think 4 greatswords of orcish tier had some texture flaws... what else... i think the nifs from the ancient nordic / draugr weapons are okay, just gotta get set up in the ck, ill most likely start with implementing those. some ck work before i fire up good ol blender once more. stay tuned hail malacath!!! edit: implement fists of malacath! edit 2: according to my log here the draugr stuff is in game... i thought i didnt ever set up draugr recipes coz i couldnt decide about the forging materials? needs in-game-check me thinkz edit 3: after starting blender for the first time in over a year... were back in business ^^ i got the main-commands covered again, working on sth simple for starters... today on the menu: ebony-butcher-basterd-badass-battleaxes! edit 3.5: ebony tier sucks. not nuff room for creative changes... jeeeez, forgot how much i hated the ebony swords. but... first choppers

  19. oh boy, real life struck hard once more... i gotta play the game a bit and check my stuff. wont have much time for the forseeable future for modding / gaming, so armors are halted for now, if i add more content its either implementing "fists of malacath" or work on a new weapon tier to get back into it... maybe ebony... f-in hated their designs so much that i never ever modified them before... i mean what kind of a wussy greatsword has an edge only half the total weapon length? ... not to mention the ridiculous axes. well, the axes were also a major weak point in the deadric tier... we will see. hail malacath
  20. been a week since the last post... i implemented them all. since i never cheat, even not when making own mods, its gonna take a while to play a bit, score ressources, actually advance a bit in the quests. sorta like a gaming break from modding. expect further updates soon, couple of days and ill halt my in-game-progress and return to modding gear. hail malacath
