  1. Have you tried Actor Delphine and not DelphineRef?
  2. That link leads to the Fallout4 wiki, you probably want this page.

    Quite an honour

    From the album: Hana's Gallery

Thank you (danke), SureAI, for using the TESA Clutter Kit extensively throughout Enderal's development. Most especially for the honour of using my mage robe retextures. :)

    Hana's Gallery

Collection of project homework and, well, anything else I decide to make.
  5. Tri files are a collection of .obj's, not nifs, and obj export does not have this vertex count issue that .nifs do. There is a Tri Editor tool you could try, comes with instructions. It's my understanding that the nif exporter for Blender 2.49 converts to triangles as it exports, so if you have quads you should be fine with vert count, but if you have triangles, it tends to duplicate them. So a few suggestions; 1. remove doubles first, 2. convert tris to quads, 3. export. I'm not sure I understand what your concern with vert count is though.
  6. You do all that in your quest stage, not on the NPC.
  7. Alright, then explain what your script is for and how you're creating it.
  8. What are you trying to extend? Post your script. Also, have you unpacked the scripts.rar archive in your Data folder that came with the last CK update?
  9. I'm no expert on quests, but to me that looks like you may be confusing quest stages with quest objectives. You don't need a log entry for every stage, just one overall. I'd suggest you go through that CK Wiki tutorial, starting with quest stages (then click through the next tutorial links) to get a better idea how to set up your quest.
  10. How is your quest set up? What are your stages?
  11. Your 0 start up should actually be blank. From what you said above the quest will actually start with talking to the NPC. So add stages between 0-5 to include that.
  12. This all depends on how you've set up your Quest Stages. Typical set up is naming stages in increments of 10 (0, 10, 20, 30..) so that you can easily go back and add intermediate stages between the major objectives. So, basically.. 0 - start up 10 - talk to NPC 20 - go to dungeon Would now turn into.. 0 - start up 10 - talk to NPC 15 - go read book 20 - go to dungeon If you haven't set your quest stages intitially with room to grow, you might just have to start over again.
  13. Placing an object in a cell owned by an NPC gives ownership of all objects in that cell to that NPC, hence the "steal" trigger. The player will still be able to 'read' it and you can start your quest on that trigger, the player just cannot take it. Couple of other things you can do.. 1. Place it in a public space. 2. Open the books reference box and set ownership to player.
  14. Hi Dolphin, Once I saw in your pics you obliterated the entire hill I stopped. I'm going to have to ask you to redo it. Please follow the lesson instructions. Otherwise, well, you're just building your own house and don't need me
  15. Wonderful. Go ahead and continue on.
  16. Excellent, dolphin. Well done and quite the interesting decor. I will need to see pics of each container record from the CK though so I can ensure they've been renamed properly. There should not be a broom in the chest with the glass sword, I think you missed a step with cleaning it out! Couple of pathgrid issues; top left corner near the pantry, a pathgrid goes right under the cupboard and bottom right the other cupboard near the door, the pathgrid is clipping with it. Try to adjust so your NPC's won't get stuck.
  17. Please follow the lessons as they are laid out. If at the end you want to change things you'll be free to do so.
  18. Welcome to class, dolphin66th. Looks good so far. Is there a reason everything is placed on one side of the house? You are missing 2 cupboards from the extra credit, and my only feedback would be to move the rugs out from under the stonework of the fireplace and around the doorway. It's a little unnatural. Other than that, go ahead and continue to lesson #2.
  19. The CK was last updated around the time paid mods was introduced on Steam (last year?). With that update all the scripts were released in a "scripts.rar" archive in the Skyrim\Data folder. Have you unpacked that archive? If so, have you checked all the .psc files are actually in the Scripts\Source folder?
  20. Welcome to TESA. The community is still alive as far as I know, probably just busy modding. Good luck on your projects.
  21. Hi Joebenz, Didn't I answer this for you over on the Bethesda forums a while back?
  22. You're welcome As for the clipping, did you remove the faces of the body parts under each armor piece? (best practice)
  23. Welcome to TESA. Which 3D modeling program are you using? If it's 3DS Max, sorry, can't help. If it's Blender, there's some excellent videos on this page that explain constraints and how to work with them, might be of some help to understand the mechanics. If the issue is more specific to HDT, you'll probably have to google for more help. I believe most tutorials or support for it are housed on adult web sites.
  24. Welcome to TESA. Come in, have a seat by the fire, and enjoy. You'll definitely find like-minded people here for banter and sharing knowledge.
