I have a problem: When I click on "data" to load "Oblivion.esm" by double-clicking, it gives me this: What does it mean? When I click "yes", or "yes to all", it does nothing. Oblivion.esm no longer has an "x" in the box. It also prevents me from editing any cell. Nothing shows up on the cell list & I there for cannot choose "Abandoned Mine"! Please tell me how I am supposed to learn anything if I cannot get my cs to work?

I don't even know what a "static" is! I wish I knew computers better.

Thanks, Darkrider, I guess no sense in reloading the cs. My game is from a disc. I wasn't even thinking of adding one mod to another. I just made a few minor uber items & would like to make more. I think making a big mod would be too hard for me, I wish it was not. I will have to see.

Thanks. Yes, I did install in an Oblivion folder OUTSIDE of "Program Files". I guess the only thing left to do now, is to try to re-install the CS after work today. Wish me luck!

Ok, HERE is my problem: I have Oblivion GoTY. I want to find out the item number to my necklace that I modded, right? So, I open the construction set, right? I go to "data", right? I double click EVERYTHING I have, all the plugins, mods original game, EVERYTHING, right? Everything I have? Isn't that what I am supposed to do? Well, I AM ANGRY & FRUSTRATED because here is what happens right before I click "ok", which crashes me out & does not let me in: What am I to do about this???? You think it's because I have upgraded to Win7? Is there a patch to make it work? Do I need to uninstall/reinstall the cs? How do I make it work? Please help me! Anyone?
