Quote Quote Daggerfall had dozens more than Morrowind / Oblivion. Each one of the Eight Divines had it's own guild, the vampire clans were guilds, and there were several knight orders:Instead of typing them down, I just point towards this (be sure to check the subpages) .Wow, Nine vampire bloodlines! Downgraded to what, three? for Morrowind and then done away with altogether in Oblivion. I sometimes wonder what the devs were thinking. LOL I'm going to have to hunt up a copy of Daggerfall it seems! Thanks bg! I'll probably buy a copy within a month of my card arriving! Can't wait for the biggest map of any rpg (who cares if its mostly random!)

Quote Go to Lipsand Tarn, north of Chorrol. You WILL get the disease there. Thanks for the tip! I need to try Morrowind clan's some time as well. Hehe.
  3. It's very rare that one would see me at the Bethesda forums anymore. Frankly, I agree with what you said about those who debate without any will or intention to believe the other side. That's what makes this community so great I suppose. It's well moderated, and friendly. What more could a TES-fan ask for?!

I've always wanted to play as the vampires in the elder scrolls. I seem to have awfully bad luck of catching the disease. I've had it once in all my time in Oblivion and never in Morrowind... which makes me confused beyond belief and wondering where to go. Ah well... I really wished they'd also "finished" Morrowind as planned, y'know with the entire province and all the great houses playable. But at least that's what Tamriel Rebuilt is for!
  5. <p class='citation'>Quote</p><div class="blockquote"><div class='quote'>Oh Redguards! Now there's a race I've not done a lot of research on yet beyond what I learn through researching Imperials. <img src='http://tesalliance.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/aa_tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> They have a fascinating history as well. I'll have to see about adding in Historical Synopses for the races here soon.</div></div> Neither do I! (Even though I RPed one a while back in TESIV. I wonder if anyone here has a copy of TES: Redguard? ) All I know about them is that they're great in melee encounters and originally hailed from the Continent of Yokuda, which... ain't der anymore.
  6. I think we had a little discussion about this before, but I think it in itself is worth a thread. For me, my favourite race by far are the Dark Elves. It's just the secrets, civil war, crime and history, and I also appreciate their appearance. So tell me... What about your's?
  7. Welcome! I followed HeyYou's siggy ages ago! I barely use the Official Forums as I'm neither playing an ES or Fallout title at the moment, but this too lovely a community to leave!
  8. Hm, I'm pretty sure I had a mod that let you alter this quite easily... names!? Lol
  9. Quote Right then...it`s off to my favorite dedicated gaming store. They know me pretty well there and will probably get it for me right quick...can`t wait. Many thanks. I happily await your return and your opinions!
  10. Here they are on: Amazon.Com ebay.com Happy hunting!

    Hai Guise

I'm always one of the last here, with different timezones, school, and whatnot. But have one on me anyway Verlox! And a ? for your name... (lets hope the heart works properly on you whacky US computers! )
  12. That's not the same thing. The KotN in the GOTY box is just the KotN DLC. Whereas the retail KotN Box contains all the DLC pieces, except for Battlehorn Castle, which was released after.
  13. Well, before I converted to Windows 7 -signal the heavenly trumpets- I used Vista 32-bit. I bought KotN retail and got Battlehorn Castle in the free week, they all installed fine. It's worth a shot, but maybe a used cheap copy off ebay may the best in-case it does not work.
  14. Quote Quote -Lore: DragonsThose poor dragons. Thanks Relic. I had already included that handy link in my post above. I didn't see the second page button. Oh well. ¬_¬
  15. Quote whereas the dragons in Vvardenfell were overrun by the invading cliffracers. They were said to have moved closer to Cyrodiil. It may be for this reason that dragons are sacred to the Empire, and the legends tell of their aid given to it during wars in exchange for shelter -Lore: Dragons Those poor dragons.
  16. Awesome work back there Guru.
  17. Hey, & welcome! Have a nice stay.
  18. MGE is cool 'nd all, but there's something about it I just don't like. Maybe windows 7 will also run it faster than damned vista did.
  19. Still, regardless of all these, mine is Fargoth telling me that he had a feeling me and him were about to become "very close".
  20. I had this before I reinstalled windows. Never really got into it.. maybe cus I can't get on xfire or steam at the same time!
  21. Indeed it does not support alt-tabbing! However, steams overlay pops up over steam by pressing SHIFT + TAB. I'd be a real pain in the ass if you had to alt-tab out, otherwise it'd just be like running msn!
  22. Quote i've always run oblivion with im and web browsers open What exactely do you mean?
  23. Quote Quote What would you consider the most interesting culture in Tamriel and why?Oh, you said Tamriel? This makes it a bit easier, now that Maormer, Akaviri, Sloads and Daedra are out of the way . Indeed, if I said all[/b[ of Nirn people may be a bit confuddled about some of the races completely, and while the purpose of this section is to learn, we'll need to get the lessons on the basic races done (damned be school and jobs huh? ) and dusted before we get onto the Akaviri and such. I too love the many different forms of Khajiit.
  24. Quote Quote It's a shame there are no truely massive "fortress-town" homes. Or as far as I know anyway. Mr_Siika is working on one that may be close! [WIPz]Castle Seaview WillieSea and Mr_siika make me red with envy..
