Updated again, this will ABSOLUTELY NOT WORK, if you do not center your original mesh with your pivot point centered as well.
I included a note on this. Cannot believe i forgot to mention it.

Updated, you need to use the Uniform Scale tool and just scale it all down to 10 on the XYZ Absolute Local boxes once you right click the scale button on the toolbar.

I added some info on creating a moveable collision into the tutorial.
I should also add that this does NOT include havok, so your model will not be havok-able in game. I'm still seeking support to get havok onto new, custom meshes. if you have any info on Havok or you know anything about creating collisions in 3ds with a similar operation, please PM me.
I can guarantee that this method works, but sometimes it needs to be tweaked. There is also a way to create a really good Convex Shape in Nifskope out of any custom mesh, the problem is that the scaling is completely out of whack and is unusable. That would be the easiest way, but the nifskope suggested its probably not going to get support for awhile. I've tested the nifskope option extensively and imo it simply won't work.
