There are two demo esps included for a quick overview of the two versions of the mill and the house: "aaStrotiMillDemo.esp" and "aaStrotiHouseDemo.esp". Please only activate one of them as they use the same place! Both versions can be found near Riverwood Bridge, you cannot miss them. There is also a map marker included. They are roughly navmeshed on the outside and on the lower floor to avoid some oddities when you have a follower ^^.

Mill:
The original has fully animated mill-gears, mill-wheel and millstone. I did not manage to port over the complicated animation for the mechanism so the mill gear remains static. Maybe some day in the future ...
But I managed to animate the row boat, the toolshed door and the chimney door.
I did not include the mill wheel as there are already animated mill wheels in Skyrim, so I retextured the existing ones to match the appearance of the house and included them.

Alternate House:
As the mill gear is not working, I decided to modify the mill to a normal house as an alternate version. I removed from the exterior and interior the parts that are used by the gear, only a small pit on the first floor and small hole in the ceiling remained. You can use the pit as a bathtub or something like that or drop a static on it to make it invisible.
I also textured it a bit more lightly than the old mill.

For those who prefer unlighted windows, I included an extra folder "House No Window Lighting" will all interior and exterior meshes with unlighted windows.

A demo esp is included for a quick overview. I placed the manor near Heartwood Mill, the mapmarker is visible from start. Note that this is only a demo, the house has no navmesh and is not decorated.
I tried to port all animated objects over to Skyrim but I only was successful with the animated single doors and the secret doors. The divided doors, the secret levers and the rotating spit of the original are not included. As a replacement for the rotating spit I added a grill and a special fire for the hearth.
You will notice that there are no stairways between the floors. Stroti called this "barrier-free" ^^. You can connect the floor simply with doors or invent something else like the "lifts" that I made up in the demo esp.
It took me a rather long time to accomplish this as Stroti used many original Oblivion textures that I had to replace. I hope you like how it came out at last.

A big thanks to Yughues for creating them and making them available for unrestricted use!
I think some modders can make use of these plants and so I imported them into the nif-format, modified and retextured some of them and made them game-ready.
I include a demo esp to show these plants. They are on the small island in the very southwest of Cyrodiil in the mouth of the Strid. You can travel there from the beginning or you can use the console command: coe -40, -14); deactivate or delete the esp when no longer needed.

Sepredia – an interactive playerhome
========

Version 1.2
Sepredia is an Ayleid word and means Peace. The previous owner of the house heard this word during one of his many travels to Cyrodiil and named his house after it. Longing for the warmer climate he definitely has emigrated to Cyrodiil and leaves back his house for anyone who wants to live in a placid and homely house.
The house is located at the waterfront of Lake Ilinalta east of the Half-Moon Mill. You can get there from the beginning with fast travel.
The house offers all what the player needs: A chopping block and a little smithy with a (not smoking) smelter behind the house. There is a bee-hive, two chicken and some vegetables in planters, a tanning rack. Inside there are cooking station, enchanter, alchemy station, weapon racks, book shelf, mannequins.
The lights (lantern, torch and candles) outside will be off during daytime.
Inside you will find lots of named containers for assorted storage. Some of them don't look like containers, for instance a basket with vegetables for the storage of cooking ingredients, a planter with mushrooms for the storage of alchemy ingredients or a static shield for the storage of your looted shields.
All containers are safe, i. e. they do not respawn. Exception: The bee hive where you can get new honey every now and then and a waste barrel outside where you can get rid of your needless things, which will vanish after some time.
I did not fill all available corners with clutter, I personally do not like those overly cluttered playerhouses. So you have enough free space for your own things.
The special feature of Sepredia is the possibility of interaction. I have added markers at several spots inside and outside of the house that let your avatar perform special animations when you click on them. They all can be found on the ground and have the command "use" (in the pictures it reads "Benutzen" instead of use because I have the German version of the game). You can get out of all animations by simply going forward.
Important: you have to switch to 3rd-person view before you activate them so you can watch yourself performing the animation and to
prevent getting stuck there (forward button not always works in 1st person view).
You can see in the pictures and in the diashow where these animations can be found. I like especially the kneeling animations in front of the shrines as you can activate the shrines while kneeling.
A remark on the carry-wood-animation: Next to the chopping block behind the house there is a pile of chopped wood "Pick up wood" that you can activate. You can watch your avatar taking wood and carrying it on the arms, now you can walk inside the house to the wood pile "Drop wood" at the fireplace and watch yourself deposit the wood there. These markers work the other way round too, but it would not make much sense if you did. You can also deposit your chopped wood at the "Pick up wood" pile and so get rid of it.
I had liked to integrate more of these animation markers but all others, like sweeping, warming hands at the fire or leaning at the rail or wall, did not work with my method. There are player animation mods available for this purpose. And followers will not use all of the markers as I found out that they might get stuck with some of these.
In addition I have built in some invisible seats in the exterior: In the rowboat, on a rock at the waterside, several nearby the campfire and at the ledge there.
The house is fully navmeshed so your companions will follow you everywhere.
The official DLC Dawnguard and Hearthfire should be compatible with this mod.

This is a conversion of Stroti's Old Cabin Resource, originally published for Oblivion. You can find the original resource files here:

The cabin will look slightly different from the Oblivion version as Oblivion's assets could not be re-used. Instead, the textures have been replaced with a mixture of custom and vanilla Skyrim textures.

A demo esp is included to show you how the resources look in the game. This demo is nothing special; don't expect any quests or treasure like a real mod. You can find the Log Cabin on the Northern shore of Lake Ilinalta west of Riverwood. To get there, fast travel to the map marker provided (see screenshot).

This is an everlasting lightstaff based on the modders' resource "Gandalf Staff" by Wolf2 (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19489)
I did this already for Oblivion and finally thought it might be useful in Skyrim too. (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=33934)
Unlike to Oblivion you can use this like a torch and at the same time it works like a shield.
You can find it in a (respawning) chest at the shrine of Talos right east of the Cradle Crush Rock Camp. You may also type coe 23,-1 in the console and you are there.
Install: Unzip the zip file and copy the meshes, textures and esp to your Skyrim Data folder. Confirm when asked to overwrite (nothing will be overwritten though, this is all new stuff) or to be integrated.

This is a little companion for all who have a good sense of humour. It is based on the completely new creature Wonga created by Malo.

You can find your Wonga under the bridge when you walk a little north from Fort Alessia (see attached picture).
When you click on the Wonga a new spell „Call Wonga“ is added to your spellbook as a lesser power, to call your Wonga when you have lost him or forgot where you left him. At the same time follow mode is activated for the first time. If you want your companion to take a break, click on him and he will wait where he is. Just click on him again to make him follow you.
The Wonga looks cuddly and is a devoted companion but he also is a strong fighter. First he attacks and stuns the enemy with a smelly belch from his plant-eater stomach then he strikes with his broad mouth and his tusks.
The Wonga is essential and only will get unconscious in the fight.
And because he takes nothing too seriously you will see him from time to time rolling on the floor laughing (= rofl).
In case you don’t like the name „My Wonga“ you can give him the name you wish. Open the console, then click on the Wonga and type:
SetActorFullName „FavouriteName“ (without spaces but with quotation marks)
For instance:
SetActorFullName „Cuddly“ and his name will change to Cuddly.
Installation:
After unzipping the file open the folder „data“ and copy the content to your Oblivion data-folder. Allow to overwrite when asked. Check the Wonga_Companion.esp in your launcher.
This mod should be compatible with all other mods, unless the very point where you can find your Wonga is covered by another mod ...
