    Notes:

    Important:

    If you want to use the washbarrel and the washboardbarrel in your mod, they MUST be added as activator and a water type MUST be selected, else the CK and the game will crash. I recommend to copy the horsetrough01 for this.


    The dreamcatcher and the "wind thingys" are animated, the windchimes are not. Add all these as statics to your game (NOT as movable statics!)
    The Skoomapipe has clutter collision, add it as misc item to your game.
    Chess, scales, market shelves and nestbox are statics, the weight for the scales is clutter.
    Washing: the washbarrels, the mangle, the washboard and the flatiron-holder are statics, the scrubber, soap and flatiron have clutter collision.
    Dice: The game-set is static, the dice-cup and single dice have clutter collision.


    I had to retexture some objects, either because they used vanilla Oblivion textures or because the textures that were added by Stroti did not render quite well in Skyrim.

    Several new plants as modder's resource. All models are static, they are not animated (i. e. no SpeedTree).
    All the original models and textures were made by
    Yughues aka Nobiax (http://www.sharecg.com/pf/full_uploads.php?pf_user_name=yughues)
    A big thanks to Yughues for creating them and making them available for unrestricted use!

    I think some modders can make use of these plants and so I imported them into the nif-format, modified and retextured some of them and made them game-ready.

    I include a demo esp to show these plants. They are on the small island in the very southwest of Cyrodiil in the mouth of the Strid. You can travel there from the beginning or you can use the console command: coe -40, -14); deactivate or delete the esp when no longer needed.

    Three tropical plants (Monstera, Bromelia, Palm Plant)
    Two flowering bushes (blue and red blossoms)
    Pumpkin Plant with Pumpkins

    There had been requests for a split-up interior. Although I only have a very basic blender knowledge, I split up the interior mesh into the five rooms as separate pieces.
    As an extra I removed the animation from the animated interior door and added it as additional load door.

    For a quick overview there is a demo esp included. The demo house is located at southern Lake Ilinalta, east of Half Moon Mill, the map marker is visible from the start. This demo house is not really playable as it is not navmeshed and not furnished.

    The exterior mesh has a grass roof which has a vanilla Skyrim grass texture that matches the field grass of the surroundings in the demo esp. If you want to place the hobbit house in a surrounding with a different ground texture, you can easily change the roof texture yourself in Nifskope, according to your needs.

    Phitt gave me permission to convert and upload the resources that are included in his great mod.
    There is a huge amount of resources so I decided to split it in several parts.

    I had to leave out all meshes that are based on vanilla Oblivion meshes so there are not all objects from the Oblivion mod included in this one.

    The remaining parts (Daedric, Dwemer, Velothi) will be uploaded by someone else. A mod-team contacted me and told me that they already converted them some time ago.
    They promised me to upload their converted resources as soon as they have released the trailer for their mod.

    These ducks and swans are not creatures, they are animated statics that move on a given path, like other critters such as bees,
    butterflies, pond fish and hawks. So of course they show no behaviour like attack, fly, eat, rest or the like. Their only purpose is to add to the atmosphere.

    There are male and female duck meshes and one mesh for the swans.
    Each of them comes with 2 different animation paths (I used the salmon animation paths as a base for these).

    In the CK you can add them as activators or as flora (indeed flora, like the salmon and the coin purse ...)

    Simply drop them on the water surface but make sure that you don't place them on mist or fog markers or they will float in the air.

    This is an everlasting lightstaff based on the modders' resource "Gandalf Staff" by Wolf2 (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19489)
    I did this already for Oblivion and finally thought it might be useful in Skyrim too. (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=33934)
    Unlike to Oblivion you can use this like a torch and at the same time it works like a shield.

    You can find it in a (respawning) chest at the shrine of Talos right east of the Cradle Crush Rock Camp. You may also type coe 23,-1 in the console and you are there.

    Install: Unzip the zip file and copy the meshes, textures and esp to your Skyrim Data folder. Confirm when asked to overwrite (nothing will be overwritten though, this is all new stuff) or to be integrated.

    There are two demo esps included for a quick overview of the two versions of the mill and the house: "aaStrotiMillDemo.esp" and "aaStrotiHouseDemo.esp". Please only activate one of them as they use the same place! Both versions can be found near Riverwood Bridge, you cannot miss them. There is also a map marker included. They are roughly navmeshed on the outside and on the lower floor to avoid some oddities when you have a follower ^^.

    =============================

    Mill:
    The original has fully animated mill-gears, mill-wheel and millstone. I did not manage to port over the complicated animation for the mechanism so the mill gear remains static. Maybe some day in the future ...
    But I managed to animate the row boat, the toolshed door and the chimney door.
    I did not include the mill wheel as there are already animated mill wheels in Skyrim, so I retextured the existing ones to match the appearance of the house and included them.

    Alternate House:
    As the mill gear is not working, I decided to modify the mill to a normal house as an alternate version. I removed from the exterior and interior the parts that are used by the gear, only a small pit on the first floor and small hole in the ceiling remained. You can use the pit as a bathtub or something like that or drop a static on it to make it invisible.
    I also textured it a bit more lightly than the old mill.

    Alternate no-window-light files:
    For those who prefer unlighted windows, I included an extra folder "House No Window Lighting" will all interior and exterior meshes with unlighted windows.

    You can not only use it as lighthouse but as watchtower or for a personal player home.
    And you can add fires to the braziers on top or flowers like I did for my personal use.

    The second nif that is included (LighthouseB) was an idea of Stroti to help modders to have a better look at the inside in the CS/CK while working on it. It is the same mesh with the outer walls removed. So if you wish to add furniture or decoration to the inner lighthouse, just replace it for that time with that alternate nif. After you have finished decorating, replace it again with the original nif.

    The ladder to the top was a pain for me, I tried my best but my character keeps falling through, though it works in the original Oblivion mod. Maybe it is too steep for the use in Skyrim. If you walk up quite slowly, it works. And maybe adding a collision plane there may help too.

    A big mushroom that can be used as house, with interior and a mysterious cave.
    There are also some new (static) plants and a fence kit with ivy.

    For an overview a demo esp is added. You can find the mushroom house west of Lake Ilinalta in the woods between Halfmoon Mill and Hunter's Rest.
    This demo house and location is only a showcase, it is not furnished and the interior is not navmeshed so you cannot bring a follower with you.

    I made these bloodfall resource by request some time ago but now I think I could as well share it with the community.
    Please take this resource "as is", I do not intend to add more varieties.

    Adds bloody falls in three different sizes (128X128; 2048X512; 4096X256) and a bloody creek.

    In the CK under "moveable static" edit the FXWaterfallThin or the FXCreekFlatLarge with the included meshes. The included texture is only needed for the fxBloodCreekLarge.

    Feel free to use these resources in your mods.
    It would be nice if you give me a little credit but it's not required.
    Do not upload to other sites.

    These ducks and swans are not creatures, they are animated statics that move on a given path, like the butterflies. So of course they show no behaviour like attack, fly, eat or the like. The only purpose is to add to the atmosphere.

    You can catch and loot the ducks and swans, they will respawn after the usual respawn time, provided you don't visit that area again in the meantime.
    The ducks yield duck breast as an ingredient. The swans yield swan feathers as an ingredient.Duck moms with ducklings (= duck families) are protected by Kynareth, you cannot catch them.
    Each family has in addition a separate duckling swimming around. You can catch the separate ducklings but you will get no loot from them. Who wants to kill a cute little duckling anyway?
    The other ducks hide somewhere in the grass at nighttime, don't look for them, you won't find them.
    There is a duck's nest on solid ground near each duck family where you can collect a duck's egg during daytime. At nighttime you will find the duck mom with her ducklings sleeping on the nest.

    You will not find the ducks and swans at every wet corner in Cyrodiil. I placed them where I thought it makes sense, like shallow water and ponds, and of course not in sea water or brackish water.


    Sounds:
    I added quack sounds to the female (and mom) ducks (it is said that the female ducks in RL are more talkative). Giving sounds to all ducks might have resulted in too much noise. The swans are silent (they are also called mute swans in RL for a reason).
    But all of them - swans, ducks and ducklings - will utter a shout when you catch them.

    Compatibility:

    Of course there are lots of cells touched by this mod, but as this concerns mainly water surfaces, this should not be a big issue.
    I strongly recommend to put this mod at the beginning of your load order and to load all your other mods after "ducks and swans".
