This mod has been an off and on project for longer than I care to remember, and it has never had the care it deserved. It isn't 'finished' as I would have liked, but I promised myself it would be released before Skyrim, so here you go. Hopefully it might give you something to do while TESV installs...

Anyway, it's a little village in the Blackwood region, on the Panther River. It has a chapel, general store, inn (all the rooms are taken... sorry), mage's house (where you can sleep if you're in the guild), smith, guard and a few other houses. In the general store you can buy the key for a small house (above the store). The base price is 2400 gold, but it varies depending on mercantile skills. This village is really more visual than anything else. There are no quests, no dialogue, and now new items, sorry, but this is all I have. I'm considering this an alpha version, and it WILL have bugs in. Do report any you find, and hopefully one day I will get back to this.

NOTE: requires the Unofficial TESA clutterers' Guild Pack (here:)

  3. Shadow's Rest Cottage

Well, I've been on holiday for a week, with no internet and no access to my ongoing projects, so I started this little new one; a totally vanilla house to be created in a week. Well, it almost was, and I'm happy enough. This is the part where I shamelessly paste in the readme so I don't need to think of anything new to write . Well, have fun!

    Description:

Adds two treehouses to the Shivering Isles, one in Mania and one in Dementia. The furnishing is... unusual, as befits a Shivering home. If you find any bugs or have any comments/criticisms, please let me know. More screenshots included with file and in my gallery.

The house both have fast travel markers, whcih are visible on your map. They are both free to take. These houses aren't loaded with special features, clever scripts or fantastic new meshes, they're just simple homes with beds storage and a quirky personality.

  5. Bluestone House

    Bluestone House

This is my final piece for the CS basics class and the firts thing I have ever released, and whilst I am quite proud of my baby, recognize it is doubtfully perfect, so ANY (constructive) feedback is welcome. Basically, this mod adds a pleasant high-end player home just a little east of Aleswell on the ring road. It has storage, display cases etc. as well as a number of hidden containers with a magic ring in each...

I considered hunting for or making some resources to use, but I decided to try and see how much I could do with plain Oblivion items (this also makes installing easier).

  6. Rivet City Room

This is my first Fallout 3 release (although not the first FO3 mod I've started, it's the first I've finished) which I've been working on bit by bit when I get angry with the CS or don't have much to do. It's a fairly simple mod which replaces the empty room next to the stairwell with a comfortable player home (I moved the persistent reference filing cabinet with Paulie Cantelli's stash elsewhere). I'm sure this has been done before; the location is too good to be passed up, so someone must have used it before me, but oh well, variety is the spice of life (and maybe I'll make a ver 2.0 with a new location directly off the stairwell perhaps). In order to claim the home for your self, you must find the bodies of it's former owners in the Broken Bow (they're not too hard to find). One has a locked box containing the key to the room, the other has the key to that box and a note explaining everything. I enjoyed making it, and I hope others can enjoy using it.
