  1. Transport hub is well underway Some instructions if you're joining the server: - the contraption in the middle is a perpetual booster. Push the cart on the outside anti-clockwise around the track, and once it passes the cart on the inside it will continue to circle the track. Then go to the main track, and wait for the cart to pass the piece of track near the start. Then place your cart here and jump in. When the cart passes again (jump in quick, it circles very quickly) you will get a free boost to set you off. I made this so that you can always use the track without someone having to give you a push - head to the control tower and read the instruction in there. Here's general breakdown of them There are 3 'routes'. The entire track is designed kind of like a router. You must set the routes up correctly first. More routes will be added when there are more destinations 0 = off, 1 = on. You can tell wether or not the circuit is on depending on wether the redstone is lit up or not So, say you wanted to go to the main fort. You'd look at the "Main Fort" sign and it would say something like: MAIN FORT R1: 1 R2: 0 R3: 0 Basically this means you have to turn Route 1 on and Routes 2 and 3 off Then on the opposite side of the room to the route levers are the levers that control the specific destination. Each lever controls 2 destinations, one for on and one for off. The sign next to the lever will say which is which. So far example, the sign will say: MAIN FORT = 0 WATER SLIDE = 1 So you will have to make sure that the lever is turned off. The state of the other destination levers doesn't matter as long as you've set the route levers up correctly To recap: Read destination list to find route set up for your destination Set up route lever Head on over to destination lever and find the one which controls your destination Set it accordingly Push cart to get booster going Place your cart at the right time Jump in Enjoy the ride! I know it seems a little complicated but due to the technical restrictions of them game it's the most practical system I could come up with. Also, once you've done it a couple of times, it's easy. Whole process beats just walking somewhere anyway, trust me - some general notes. Please don't make any edits to the platform or track itself without asking me or Joben, the slightest change could have a big effect. Please don't play around under the track or platform, that's where all the circuits are ran through and their set up is pretty fragile. Also, please always keep the door closed. A creeper getting on the platform and blowing up would be disasterous - if you want to help, please do. I'm busy building the circuits so I need people to help with track and defense building. If you want to help about by gathering resources (wood and iron mostly) that's be great too. If you have somewhere you want connected to the transport, jsut ask me and I'll be happy to do it
  2. /tp - This command teleports you to the Player that you exchange with /ban - Bans the account of the person. /banip - This bans their ip so they cannot come back again. /solid - Changes Stone to a Adminium Block. (This only works with stone.) /kick - To kick those nasty players. /setspawn - This is where you can manually set the spawn at start. /say - Talk like a server announcement, or speak from the console!
  3. Wish I took some pics of my cannon before it blew up and killed me

  8. I'm a miner myself, I build huge underground forts each time Anyone know a decent SMP server?
  9. I'll buy the game on 360 first then tank through it until I know it inside out Then I'll get it on PC and start modding an epic and huge quest mod. Sounds farfetchd, I know, but I was almost there with The Northern Front, I just got into the Oblivion modding scene too late to make anything of recognition. The fact that it's set in Skyrim couldn't be any more perfect for me
  10. Skydrall Fawn Name of the Nord I played through both Morrowind and Oblivion, clocked around 400 hours with the guy in total Now, he returns home. To kill stuff

Hey Mis. You understand that pain is simply weakness leaving the body?

    3. vometia

      vometia

Hmm. My observation is that pain is weakness *entering* my body. Hence my conclusion that avoiding the gym, healthy food etc is good for you.

  14. Unless you made the actor a persistant reference They you could have a script like this on the actor themself ----------- scn scriptnamehere Begin OnActivate if actor01.GetDead == 1 Player.AddItem corpse01 1 Disable actor01 endif End ---------------- With this there'd be no need for a switch, you'd simply activate the actor after they were dead, their body would dissappear and you'd have their corpse added to your inventory (which could be anything, if you make it a quest item the player can't drop it and see what it is) Agin, I'm speculating and my syntax might be off
  15. Sounds simple enough However, are you going to be using a skeleton or a zombie for the corse? Using a skeleton might cause unforseen problems because of the way they die Also, if you want the crypt to give that message instead of "This lock requires a key" I think you'll have to make it an activator rather than a container So the script would look something like ------------------- scn scriptnamehere Begin OnActivate if Player.GetItemCount corpse01 == 1 Player.RemoveItem corpse01 == 0 Messagebox "The corpse has been laid to rest" else if MessageBox "This crypt is sealed and cannot be opened" endif endif End ------------------- My syntax is probably off and there might be an easier way, but that's how I'd go about it
  16. This does look pretty good, and the reviews are promising How much is windows 7 gonna set me back?
  17. Thanks, but the 1.2k budget was solely for the PC itself, I've set aside money for the rest of the set up. Do you have any reccomendations about altering the default specs?
  18. Also thanks Witty for the link, found this - http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/view/vortex-1000-gaming-pc/ Does this look any good? As standard it's £967 but there's a ton of options underneath, any reccomended extras to take it up to 1.2k?
  19. Would this run Oblivion/Fallout on high settings?
