Tired of the same old boring loading screen texts you have to read ?
Well, if you are, this mod is for you !
This super groovy awesome mod changes the text in almost every loading
screen... over 250. Some are funny, some are amusing, some are really
lame, some are suggestive, and some may annoy you. But now, for the
first time in Skyrim, you can read them all...when and if they appear in
your game. I did a similar mod for Oblivion, and one night at work when
really bored, I figured I'd do one for Skyrim. So after 20 minutes in the
making, I came up with this mod. Nah, just kidding, it took longer than
that. And since so many people upload WIPs, I figure I can make this
one also....I mean, after all, I may make changes...
Details:
Just a change from the old vanilla loadscreen texts to something that may
( or may not ) be more entertaining to read.
Zip file comes complete, for a limited time, of one ( 1 ) esp file and one
( 1 ) "read me" file you can print out and make a paper airplane, light it
on fire, throw out the window, hopefully scaring somebody passing by.
Requires:
Computer
Skyrim
Sense of humor
Install:
1. Unzip file to desired location ( or directly into Skyrim\Data folder,
in which case you can skip #2 and go directly to #3 ).
2. Copy or move the .esp file to (install folder)\Skyrim\Data\
3. Start "Skyrim Launcher", click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside
the .esp file.
Or, if using "A Mod Manager", put a check beside mod to activate it.
Uninstall:
1. Start Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the .esp file from \Skyrim\Data\
Incompatibility:
None known to me.
But hey, if you find one, don't tell anybody or they'll want one, too.
Known Issues or Bugs:
Sometimes the text may change while the same picture is on screen.
Hey, not my fault...it was that way with the vanilla loading screens.
Second line of text, if not a whole line, aligns to the right margin. Also,
not my fault...it's a game thing.
People that complain about how any mod isn't exactly like they want.
This is the "bug" section, and well, it does bug me when I read some
comments about some mods....

I had wanted to do this mod also in Russian, Spanish, French,
and German, but due to the limitations of Google Translate,
too much was lost in translation and I was unable to.
At least the thought and desire was there.
Friendly reminder:
Modders' only pay are your endorsements and kudos, so in case you haven't
endorsed some mods you really like, please look them up and endorse them and
maybe give the modder a kudos for their work.
After all, if it was easy, you'd be making your own mods and not having
to rely on other's efforts to make the game so much more fun to play.
Endorsing mods and giving kudos will not hurt you. Really, it won't.

Description
===========
While Gersilla is out adventuring ( causing mayhem ), you are welcome to use her Riverwood home until she gets back. She's even left a suit of armour and a few weapons that she no longer needs but you may be able to put to use ( if you are beginning the game )
When I started the game, before entering Riverwood, I saw this was a good place to put a house but had to wait for the Creation Kit to make it happen. Other people beat me to releasing their mods first.... It's free and some where to live until you find something better

Location
========
A bow shot south west of Riverwood. If you fast travel; upon arrival, turn around and you should be able to see her home.

Details
=======
Since Gersilla is out most of the time, she only needs a place to eat, sleep, store things she's collected, and do smithing. There are 11 unmarked chests to store things in. Five strong boxes for jems, jewlery, etc. are on top of the double bookcase. Weapon racks will hold up to 17 weapons. A handy place to cook is by the fireplace, and there is a wardrobe for extra clothing. Food containers respawn...chests should not. All your smithing needs are on the west side of the house. Archery target in back. If you need to chop wood, the sawmill is a short distance away. There is no enchanting table, nor an alchemist lab since Gersilla never uses enchanted weapons, nor does she mix potions. Also, no stable since Gersilla has a phobia of horses and never rides one.

Please note:
Gersilla's House is "as is"...meaning there will be no changes to suit people that ask for something else added. It's build to suit her needs. Remember, you don't own the place, you are a guest there while she's gone. But don't expect her to show up any time soon since she's my character in mygame.


Install
=======
1. Unzip to your Skyrim\Data folder.
2. Start Skyrim Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Skyrim Launcher, click 'Data Files' , uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the .esp file from your Skyrim\Data folder

Incompatibility ( minor conflict )
===============
Riverwood Cabin by Phong. His stairs are over Gersilla's and the walkway goes under her house. Phong's house is further up the hill, behind Gersilla's place. You can find his mod here:

Other than the walkway and stairs, both mods should work together.
Known Issues or Bugs
====================
Companions may have trouble getting up the stairs, and will usually go a round about way. It may take them a minute to get to the house, but they should be able to.
If you have Thistle Cottage by Carah, load Gersilla's House after it or there will be a land tear south of the smithing area.
