    Have you delte the Mod Organizer folder and reinstalled it?

    My Steam also is installed on D: which is only for games and mod organiser is on C: and I never had any problems with that.

    Okay..... I will ask around in my school tomorrow (after all, we are all programmes and gamers) maybe someone has an idea :/ But I dont know whare the problem could be.....

    Could it be that ModOrganizer somehow thought he would start SKSE, but started the normal launcher exe? Also, delete all Skyrim related files from your Documents folder and clear steam caches!

    I am not really sure I have an idea on how to help you with that, but I can tell you one thing: You didn't see any mods in the data folder since Mod Organizer stores them in his folder under mods. One of the reason I use it myself. If I have any idea on how to help you, I will let you know!

    In the "Reference Moment" section you see "Select Snap Reference at the bottem (middle of the window). Thats what I meant!
