  1. Nelson Mandela dies at the age of 95. RIP Nelson.
  2. Reposted from Nexus FYI Nexus have also change its domain prefix from <TES game>.nexusmods.com/ to www.nexusmods.com/<TES game>/?.
  3. There are a few tutorials I found on Nexus. I know it isn't much, but a least it gets you started. Animation tutorial for 3DsMax Skyrim Guides and Tutorials You can always check the library of tutorials that exist on TESA. Good luck whatever you wanted to do.
  4. Sorry guys for bringing this news one day late, but I was too tired last night when I notice the thread on BSF and only reposted it on a few forums. Reposted from BSF You'll be missed. R.I.P Qarl
  5. Speaking of which... Have you consider to have an addon for Falskaar? I know Falskaar was released almost a week ago and you need some time to create an addon.
  6. Would you also include something about of how to handle existing NPC in CS for a 'Creating a new NPC' tutorial.
  7. I suggest that you read the FCOM thread on BSF and especially the section(s) where there is solutions for the most common issues.
  8. Welcome to TESA! Here have a cookie and a soda pop to wash it down... I suggest that you read the release thread at the officials and post your question there if necessary, because I find it hard to advice you anything about what archive you should download.
  9. I'm using both OBMM-Extended and Wrye Bash for managing the mods I want to play, but I stay away from OBMM if I can and only use it when I really need to use OBMM. My first impression with OBMM was that was so easy to use it, then many hours (probably months) later I finally managed to rebuild the bashed patch myself and after that I'm trying to use Wrye Bash whenever I can. So if you want to learn of how to do things in Wrye Bash then I strongly suggest that you take a look at this Wrye Bash pictorial guide. That being said, OBMM do have some neat features that other tools doesn't have and one of them is that you can view a NIF file in OBMM's integrated NIF-viewer plus create+extract+unpack BSA files too. Also, OBMM-Extended has an unique feature which allow you to update any installed mod that's hosted on Nexus online via OBMM, so there is no need to browse your self to death by searching.
  10. I think you might want to read this thread about BSA that's important information for you to know about. Also make sure to read the other linked threads too in the OP.
  11. This. I doubt that you can use SLI with a 500W power supply so if I were you I would probably stick to what video card you have and focus on other things like a better chassi (I assume you have one), but I don't know for sure if that's possible with CrossFire.
  12. Thanks for the answer about my background image question. I just have to ask you about the background image, because I certainly don't want to grab it and use it without your knowledge. I accept your decision and that's okay with me. Shortly after I started this thread I did add a background image and the result was better than I've thought, so have a look for your self.
  13. It's to bad TESA was hacked this weekend and therefore couldn't have a decent April Fools Day thread, so I'm gonna to share of what I've seen this far and I promise this is fun. Take a look on GHF and see for yourself. There is also a site that has a list of submitted pranks this year plus you can also go back to an earlier year too.
  14. From the era of the Western Roman Empire collapse and something that's a Celtic/Gothic style of a shield/weapon. Skyrim is the closest source I can think of atm. Something like the armour/weapon of the Ancient Nords. Let say a logo of a barbarian shield with Sovngarde written on those shields with one letter each that's overlapped each other or they're very close together. After I took a closer look at the background images that Markus Liberty gave me I felt that something was missing, so that's why I ask about that too in the same thread if you don't mind. You know I've always like this background image you have here, so every time I clear out my cookies in my browser I always change back to my favourite background image on TESA. Is it to much to ask if I could have a copy of that background image and I think it fit real nice on Sovngarde as a background image.
  15. The site looks good to me. Well done. I don't know if anyone of you have notice it, but the forum bars on the main page seems to be a little wider and aren't too high either now than it was before. Perhaps this is just temporarily.
  16. I was afraid something like that happen when I saw the error message earlier today. I concur to what IS just said. Thanks for getting TESA back online again DarkRider.
  17. Welcome to TESA Emma! How can poor Emma been able to talk when everyone here give her cookies but no soda pop to wash it down. Cookie and soda pop is coming right up!
  18. Welcome to TESA arcelas! Have a cookie and a soda to wash it down plus a banana. Here is the modding school on TESA.
  19. Hi all! Some of you may know about Sovngarde and notice that I had a hosted site forum on DC last year. Unfortunately RL was distracting me to much at that time, so I simple closed the forum well I told Anda to do that. Anyway about a week ago I got Sovngarde online and have since then been working with it almost every day, but now I want to change the site logo for Sovngarde forum and I know where to find information of how to do that. I'm not a graphical artist with Gimp/Photoshop or other painting programs, so that's why I ask here for a new site logo. Also I do have some background images thanks to Markus Liberty.
  20. Not anymore. Last year you were able to install Steam everywhere, but you don't need to install games into the Steam\steamapps\common folder any longer and now you can select a partition during the installation for a game. This mean that you can have Skyrim on the same partition as the other TES games are installed and have Steam somewhere else. If you plan to get your self another HDD then you'll definitely need to use a good tool for managing every partitions you have active on your computer and I recommend Partition Wizard (freeware), which is easy to use if you know what you're doing. I'll also give an advice to anyone and that's to not to apply anything unless you're absolutely sure, because you can cancel any pending task in Partition Wizard. You can also get your self an USB HDD or even a SSD (they're not cheap for large SSD) for more data capacity if you can afford it.
  21. If you have a lot fantasy and concentration is a plus to create mods in general even if you're an experienced modder or a complete newbie, but also have plenty of time. Welcome to TESA!
  22. I like the Drop Down Horizontal Menu because the name for the menu attracts me and when I took a quick look it was no surprise, so that's my choice if I need to choose one of these navigation link menus.
  23. I doubt that will work since the Morrowind Launcher.exe are supposed to run Morrowind.exe after that you double click with the mouse on the Morrowind shortcut.
