      The similarities aren't the issue at all. The differences are what you've called into question, Echo. If a RL lioness had true sentience she'd either try to grow a mane or love that she can't. Maybe she'd wear a wig from some lazy Leo she killed. Maybe she wouldn't care either way. But the lioness AFAIK doesn't think about it.

      The Khajiit does.
