  1. Good to hear you're fit again Mage Everything I want to say about your project involves cursing Mainly because it's such a huge huge undertaking but so far it looks as if you're on top of things. And the screenshot's very cool. Looking forward to more updates.
  2. Beautiful job! Now learn texturing and you'll surpass me
  3. Give a little bit if you can!
  4. I sent 50 because a morning without my TESA is a dreary one.
  5. Well well well...you know, I helped Insanity Sorrow figure out Blender and look what he's done. Now it's Horkerkiin Nice work! Now that you're a Blender Pro you can go a little further (if you haven't already) and give yourself a little help when texturing by assigning different material IDs to the different parts of that sword. It's all here: UV Blockout Tutorial There are other tuts in that library about baking. Look 'em over. Remember baking? Well done!
  6. I don't know, but I searched and found this old TESA thread: Elevators in Oblivion and there's a mod called Glass Elevator that might show you what needs to be done. Hope that helps.
  7. Hey Senpai Good to see you!
  8. Nice! Congratulations! That's going to look very great (as Stallone said in one of the Rockys) when you make the very great texture. Congrats again!
  9. Well, hurry up! I only weight painted once. It was a creature and I did it by hand. No advice except to go slow and get the weights only where you want them to be, no "over spraying" or you'll get stretchy weirdness.
  10. Wish I had the time to play enough Skyrim to get familiar with the latest lore so I could do some Tavern Tales RP-ing. I'm jones-ing, as they say. Someday soon maybe...

  11. Don't you dare apologize for asking questions. Especially when, by the looks of your first thread, I won't have to try to answer any you have Welcome to TESA! Enjoy a cookie -
  12. I remember that feeling long ago with Morrowind and the CS. It's the start of a momentous journey. Don't be scared of the CK, you can't break anything by modding - except everybody's game Welcome!
  13. Grond like smartphone. Grond write from it now. Grond learn how to tap softly. Grond happy.

Your attempt at dragging me further into the 21st century has failed..... for now. :lmao:

I like everything about it except the autocorrect making me sound like a moron even more frequently than before, lol XD

I found out how to turn off the dreaded auto correct, and now my mistakes are my own. :) Don I'd never suggest this form of web comm. It's way too tiny :lmao:

  14. Glad to hear of your success Looking forward to pix!
  15. That's weird. If in edit mode you can see all the verts of the knee pad and shin, and pressing A selects them all, you should be able to merge... Did the 2nd try work?
  16. If I read that right, all you need to do is join the objects in object mode first. Select one then shift select the other, then CTRL-J makes them one object, and in edit mode you can merge anything you want to.
  17. It's that "problem" that drives artists to great works, and - sometimes - to drink. Can't wait to see pics!
  18. Don't despair! If it's not rewarding it's not worth doing. Keep at it. You'll be a master of Blender when you're finished.
  19. I'm the same way, so I say: Don't do what I do, do what I say, and I say: get something into the game! Then go ahead and remake it to your heart's content. If you "finish" the version you have now, name it "version .01" then remake remake remake. On the other hand, I don't think I'd listen to me, so get it perfect!
  20. I've never tried to get a weapon into Skyrim. But the man - Insanity Sorrow - wrote up a tutorial here that might help you find the problem.
  21. Yes, that's pretty good I hope you find more as you investigate. Meanwhile, are you referring to Heimskringla? I had to google "Snorre's Saga" and found that. I've bookmarked it. I see where Tolkien got many of his ideas.
