that looks more like a short dresser than a table. I thought that it may be under "Static" since it was just supposed to be a table, but no luck

nope, this is beginning to really whizz me off.
It's relatively simple, as far as the CS itself goes, but the finding the correct pieces is FUBARED!

Only problem is, that my Object window has no filter option like the one in the video. I am going through various cells, looking at different shacks and whatnot until i find one with a table in it like I want.

Yeah, figured that part out. Problem is though, am not sure of the right terminology for various things yet. If I need middle class items, then I type MC, or Middle; it shows some things, but am often unsure of which category to search in at times. Confusing, but I will get a handle on this. LOL

Ok, thank you. will give it a try. is just frustrating that I cant find some of the things that I want to; if there were actually a search on the object window somewhere, now that would be very helpfull. As I said, I absolutely refuse to turn in an assignment incomplete, or half-assed.

do you mean from the world space list. the dropdown menu "Interiors"? will this change what appears in my render window, and will I be able to get mine back?

I am working on trying to get the homework and extra credit for lesson 1 in Oblivion school. I can not find where the dang bedside table is located. Someone told me that there is supposed to be a search feature for the object window, and I will danged if I can find that either. I see the one for the cell view window, but this does me no good at all. I have tried the net to find a way, and apparently noone in cyberland knows either. I refuse to turn this assignment in incomplete, please help!

That Wrye Bash, I read somewhere that it was part of OBMM, cant remember where though. Understood that NMM is still a beta program, although I does seem to do the job very well. Have not really had to many issues with it, just here recently a couple of my mods were not functioning as advertised. The enchantment mastery, and Battlehorn Castle Upgrade, in particular. May just uninstall them and see about putting them in manually; don't really like doing it that way, as I am afraid that I am going to put the wrong pieces in the wrong spot ya know.

Unfortunately, no. My version of Oblivion is game of the year edition, complete with all major DLC's. My cousin actually had it and stopped playing. It can be either installed in Russian or English. I have it on my Steam account as a non-Steam game though.
Another question, which is better to use, OBMM or NMM? I have some mods that do not quite come together right, and from what I was reading on the Steam forums, OBMM has some features that could be more beneficial than NMM? Pro's & Con's anyone?
