Update. Almost have a new mod. getting good results in Beta testing from all sorts of folks. Promissing Endeavor I have Embarked upon. When I have solid like granite proof the mod is doing what I designed it to do. I shall upload it here for your use. After that, I will Embark On a new journey to Oblivion should the world still be here.

New File For new Vegas Fallout "(NV Game Stabilizer)"is in the testing stages now By me. I have asked for Beta testers but have received no offers yet. Built upon static Game, No mods. However, testing on a moded game. So far, everything looks great. I need information as to where to look for trouble spot's.

I would say when Bethesda stops meddling with the game. File reported Broken? How? It;s an Control file ESP loads last and effects nothing in the game, It only sets collision markers to default. How can you Break it, Unless some one altered it?
