I started Kvatch rebuilt about a week ago.I completed the "Sticks and Stones" quest for it, the architects have moved in and the rubble has been cleared. If I talk to the architects they say something about planning out the reconstruction. If I go talk to Savlian Mattius he says the thing that he usually says after you have retaken Kvatch for the main quest. I have been doing quests and waiting for Ignor or whatever he is called to give me another note but it just has not happened yet. Is this a problem? Or should I wait longer?

The internet security 2010 got onto my PC once, but it was like 1 day after I got it so I just re-installed windows and it was fine -

I had everything done apart from the "What conditions do you have on the quest data tab? If none, try repeating the GetIsID condition there" so I did that and still it doesn't work.

I am a very experienced and kind of well known modder but not with PC's, I will say no more because I don't think it is allowed here I very much love PC gaming and modding, I have just started out but I am a fast learner! I have made an NPC in the CS, he spawns fine, I added some greeting text which works but that sound file I recorded in the CS didn't play. I have also made a topic for him it does not seem to show up? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
