  1. Adam Adamowicz was the concept artist behind Fallout 3 and 4, Oblivion and Skyrim. We owe much to this artist, I wonder who has replaced him, although nobody can actually replace such a talented artist. Bethesda released the images of his work on Oblivion, Skyrim and Fallout. The images can be seen, and downloaded, here: Oblivion Concept Art Album Skyrim Concept Art Album Fallout 3 Concept Art Album
  2. I am willing to do free voice acting for any mod, no matter how big or small. The only thing I ask is that in your mod description you mention me and you put a link to my YouTube channel. If you wish to contact me you can either email me at arcmester@gmail.com or you can add me on Skype at ArcMester for those bigger projects. Thank you, and I hope I can help you guys in your future Fallout 4 endeavours.
  3. I have solved a couple of problems concerning Radio and music sound disappearing/stuttering and the Active Movie Window Pop Up Crash; This main post will be re-written soon with more links and easier to follow instructions. I know that there are threads over at Steam, Bethesda and the Nexus concerning this but I believe this thread will be fully complete. All I have done here is united several different posts that suggested possible solutions (posted different members at said forums) and unite them into one coherent explanation after I tested all the plausible solutions. I have suffered from these problems on two separate installs on different gaming rigs over the years using different video cards and overall PC capabilities. So I really understand the frustration regarding these issues Recently I suffered a complete radio loss and it put me over the edge. I always knew that it was a codec issue but I never found a post with a complete solution. In my FO3 game I could not listen to the radio with out getting the Active Movie Window Pop Up Crash a few minutes later. So I just never turned it on and I was good to play. Recently all my radio stations disappeared but I didn't really care because I couldn't listen to them anyway. However a week later I then started to get random Active Movie Window Pop Up Crashes with the radio off. OMFG It drove me nuts for a few days and that was it. I decided to finally get off my butt and solve it. So here goes nothing I believe that radio stuttering and no sound coming from the radio and the active movie window pop up crash are all related to installed codecs from existing programs interfering with FO3. As most of you may you already know this tool InstalledCodec can deactivate any codec but you have to do this blindly HOWEVER... You can determine exactly which codec may be causing the problem by using http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ (freeware). Install it, load a MP3 file, render it with the MS A/V buttons at the bottom of the window. Button 1 will display what codec is being used - the middle item. Button 2 will play the file, if you can hear it play then the codec is working. If you can't hear the file play then you may have found the problem, the middle item in the list at the bottom of the window is the codec that is in use. You can use the "InstalledCodec" application to disable that codec, then reload the codecs in GSpot and try again until you find the codec that may be the problem. I have had no problem for 2 weeks now and it has also improved the games overall performance Case in point; 3 hour gaming session listening to GNR and only 1 crash that was unrelated to the Active Movie Window pop up crash AND my game is also noticeably smoother <(¤_-)>.¸¸.•´¯`* CHEERS*`¯´•.¸¸.¤*
  4. Gramblosh

    Darth Wastelander

From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

Enclave Hellfire Textures by d7 on a feminized meshed (converted by me) with some personal tweaks. Makes it even more fun to kill the bad guys.
  5. From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

Little mix to make Chinese stealth armor look a biz more stealth. The helmet is a selfmade mix and match of a BD Camouflaged Stealth Armor Textures and SangRahls Stealth Helmet Retex. Pretty simple but does what I want.
  6. From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

Simple urban style camouflaged combat gear with matching beret and shades.
  7. From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

Looks not as good as the original but getting close, required the misuse of large amounts of jet, buffout, mentats and Nuka-Cola Quantum to get this shot
  8. Gramblosh

    Wasteland weather

From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

Had been playing a bit with the weather in the Wasteland. Started with Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow. Looks pretty good so far. Also tried Fellout but I didn't like the too clear conditions that much, so I kept the data files and disable the ESP.

    Finally

From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

The leather dress of my dreams Had a look at the New Vegas port of the mod I am using (Exeters Type3 Leather Armors) and there was this model in addition to the ones I already had, and it works perfect in FO3 too, and it look hot... with the Chinese assault rifle and a pair of sunglasses
  10. From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

New day, new gun Silenced .44 Magnum. Added a few crafting mods to build my own ammo and weapon modification kits. Just passed the 50 mods milestone in Wyre Flash installer tab, guess I can call that game slightly modded now.
  11. Gramblosh

    New day, new gun

From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

Switched to Type 3 using Luchairs Textures.... Love that gun
  12. From the album: Gram's screens from Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3

Here we go with the Gram's first Fallout 3 character. Still playing a bit with body type. Started with Luchairs Type V (which is a bit similar in shape to her TGND body for Oblivion), next up is Type 3. Since Flash is working now, changing bodies is easy

    Sleeves!

    From the album: Vom's Stuff

The sleeveless combat armour always annoyed me for no especially good reason; I figured I'd use the "winterised" variant found in Operation Anchorage, but the sleeves aren't mapped to the same texture, annoyingly, so I used my indifferent texturing skills to attempt to recolour the new sleeve texture to match the existing armours: Reilly's Rangers, Rivet City, Combat Armour, Talon Co. and Tenpenny Security (forgot about this one until after I'd done these screenshots!) I only got as far as doing the female variant, but y'know. Trying to decide whether to release it as a modders' resource, but of course my usual nemesis is hindering me, my chronic lack of organisation... For my next trick I may try re-weighting the mesh so the sleeves don't clip the pauldrons/shoulder-pads/whatever, though weight painting scares the life out of me.

  14. From the album: Vom's Stuff

Er, excuse the bad pun! Another colourful sky courtesy of Fellout, probably. I really wanted to rid Point Lookout of its rather tobacco-toned colour scheme but it seems to have worked quite well in this instance. I hope Donnato doesn't think I'm trying to muscle in on his FO3 adventure, it's nice that he's inspired me to actually submit a couple of images myself!

  15. From the album: Vom's Stuff

I'd love to take credit for carefully setting up this screenshot to have such wonderful colours, but it was entirely unintentional: it seems that Fellout sometimes excels itself when it comes to being colourful. Somewhere in the Wasteland, wandering about aimlessly near Agatha's place. The armour is a somewhat modified and retextured version of the OA Winterised Armour again.
