Firstly, I would just like to note I am using the downloaded file - Blank Esp With Data - from NexusMods. So this ESP does not have an Oblivion.esm master. The file has been stripped and the bare minimum has been left. Stripped of Quests, WorldSpaces, Interiors (except dummy cell), etc. I created an NPC. Created a new Quest. Created NPC voiced dialogue which works and displays (subtitles) in game. Only issue: During dialogue whenever I speak to the NPC, he is stuck in a constantly drinking loop. Same with all NPCs. They seem really thirsty. They will not stop drinking in loop until dialogue closed. How do I fix this? Another example in game where it happens. In a city. The skooma addicts. If you engage in dialogue with them, they will have a drinking loop of drinking skooma bottles. It looks so so silly. It is like a bug/glitch. Obviously it is fine for those skooma addicts. But for all my NPCs it is ridiculous.
