I just wanted to say thanks for the warm welcome. I have just recently figured out how to install mods. I am having trouble trying to figure out how to install cobl. Any suggestions?

Best advice I can give for installing Cobl is to follow the readme. As in, go through it line by line and do what it tells you too. It's one of those mods where you just have to read the readme, over and over sometimes. LOL Or I did at least to get the core program installed.
