Now I do a little animation work, but a few things you forgot to mention, namely what kind of animation you want.

Do you want new character animations?

Do you want new creature animations? (new creature or from the game)

Do you want mesh animations? (like doors or something), if so, do you have the mesh already.

If you can answer these I may be able to do something.
