Need Help on Moving a House

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this, or point me in the right direction.

I recently downloaded a wonderful player house mod, which I absolutely love. My problem is that it's extremely isolated from everything else, so I would like to move the house to a new location. (New cell located at Water's Edge: Wilderness 19,-29). I'm also having some other problems with the house that I believe will be fixed once its moved (being away from WAC's spawn points for one thing). This is for my personal preference only, so I will NOT be uploading anything based on any changes that I may make.

So I tried to copy/paste the rooms to a new exterior building that I placed at Water's Edge, but over 90% of the items IN the house are actually mods as well...and so when I loaded the game all the items were gone, and many hours wasted. I searched for hours for a solution, and since its now 3am for me, I'm going to post my issue here and call it quits for the night.

The only references I could find were these:

(From someplace I can't remember, it's been a long night): If the ESP you are copying from contains new content, you won't see the new objects in-game, and you'll get "Missing object..." errors when reloading your mod in the CS.

(This quote I believe came from here): Interiors are fairly easy to move. Open tes4 Gecko. Select Display/Copy, choose your mod from the list. Under cells select each one of the interiors you wish to move and press Copy to Clipboard for each cell and it's children. You will see in the Gecko clipboard (right hand pane) those cells have been copied. Just save the clipboard to create the new .ESP with just those cells you copied in it. Double check it in the CS to be sure everything copied ok before you delete the old mod.

So I guess my question is: Is it possible to somehow "merge" that mod into a new cell, thereby keeping all the items? If it's possible, where may I go to learn about it?

And secondly, is the scripting for the parts of the house preserved when I do this?

Any help on this would be great...even some links would be handy. Thanks in advance and night guys.

Sorry if I'm rambling but I've been at this literally all day, so my thoughts are kind of fuzzy.

Oh, and I've been only modding Oblivion for two days, but I've learned how to use the Construction Set, and I've downloaded WyreBash, etc. So try not to use too many big terms? I know what tes4 Gecko is, but I haven't downloaded that as yet.

House exterior and interiors are only connected by a door. They are not actually IN the house. All you need to do is point a new door to the house interior.

Load the unaltered house mod .esp as the active file in the CS.

Then all you need to do is double click on the front door, go to the Teleport tab (make a note of the cell and reference names) and then uncheck it. Then go to your new house location, double click on the new front door, go to teleort tab, check it and select the house interior cell and front door reference you noted above. Once the doors are linked a yellow block appears called a teleport marker, you need to grab that with your mouse and pull it out, position it where the player should land on the front step.

Once the doors are changed delete the old house and save the mod. No need to mess with anything else.

If any of this was confusing, have a look here: under Part IV Linking Doors.
