Had a look around and found nothing about a Beta, I'm sure if they were doing it we'd have had an announcement, like with Dawnguard.

I'm pretty sure that's professional testers and not us this time, no word from GStaff, I could be wrong though

I don't think so, pro testers are usually the ones that're getting paid for it

There's a couple people around on the forums whom mentioned it, but there's also a lot of fake emails floating around and scams which can be detrimental to your pc. So they do exist and are testing and I believe beta is just about done given release is in 2 weeks. I've done an open beta for Guild Wars 2 and found a good few visual bugs with things. Believe me writing a report not using words such as I, you and such and then using words like "sucks". Basically you need to be professional and give technical details including screenshots of any problems.

There are in fact beta testers for Dragonborn. Those people involved with the Dawnguard beta on XBox got invites, but they are all under NDA and not allowed to even disclose if they are participating this time around. GStaff confirmed this and made it pretty clear they'd not be happy about anyone who let their cat out of the bag.
