Utility or Command to identify in game textures

Have you heard of a utility or command to link an object (mesh) to its matching texture (filename) or any utility that would save me going through hundreds or thousands of textures just to find 1 of them?

Or do you know where the textures for the chapel steps, and exterior are?  In Architecture, right, but where?

Try the "tr" command (Texture Replacer). It's a Windows command-line utility that is designed to replace texture paths in existing NIFs, but it also has a mode where it can simply list out the textures without changing them.

I've been using it for a couple of years and have found it to be quite reliable. I will warn you that the syntax is a long way from POSIX standards-compliant, and doesn't even work like other Windows commands, and you *can* mess up your NIFs if you don't get the syntax right. But the command works correctly if you use it correctly. That is to say, all the problems I've had were pilot error on my part, not bugs in the utility.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, "tr" supports wildcard filenames and wildcards in the texture path spec.
