[SKY]creating a playable dragon races!

hello there skyrimgirly23 here. i would love to make a playable dragon races and that can fly and to many kinds(like powerful shout) and i will be very createful if any of you would to help me with it

The dragons don't work like the regular races do, this would be an exceptionally difficult mod to make to select dragon race at startup and what not. However, there was a mod that would allow you to transform into a dragon using a spell and fly and shout; really be a dragon. Would that be something you would be interested in?

maybe but i want to make a legndary dragon races with using a spell to became a dragon
