[RELz]Organized Bandits In Skyrim, I NEED MORE BANDIT GANG IDEAS!

Now I have this mod that creates new varieties of bandits and randomizes the types of Vanilla bandits you can find in Skyrim. Mod can be located here or in Skyrim Nexus if anybody is interested. Now I need WAYYYY more bandit gang ideas! I mean I got a good 30+ down so far but I am at the halfway point and I really really really enjoy making up stories about these gangs. I need a theme or inspiration or something! This one was just thinking today- why do bandits not attack the cities? At times one hears a guard say, "Been too long since we had a good bandit raid."
