Help with conflicting mods

I'm having a little bit of trouble with my mod setup.  I have been messing around with different mods for a while and I have finally found a setup that I really like and so far it has been working pretty good but, I have ran into a little bit trouble.   I was wondering if somebody could take a look at my load order and help me to determine if I have mods installed that are known to not play well together. 

The only problem I have found so far with my setup is a CTD when I try to load a certain cell in the worldspace.  The cell is on the road inbetween Kvatch and skingrad.  The cell is skewed a bit by the lower boundary of the map.  I can go around the cell and continue on past it but every time I try to enter the cell it won't load and i get a CTD.

Any help would be appreciated.  So far I have been having fun testing my setup but of course I want it to be fully functional.  If anybody knows of any conflicts between my mods that I am missing patches for or of mods that I'm using that just don't work together please let me know.

I was out of the area of the problem for a few days of game time but the problem is still there.  I haven't ever used the CS but I was thinking of trying to figure it out anyways.  I'm guessing I would be able to see the issue if I opened it up in the CS and fix it from there.

If you know what cell it is, try opening your mods in TESIVEdit (TES4Edit?) and see what mods are affecting that cell. Real possibility that whatever is causing the problem, would crash the CS as well. (not to mention, the problem may not be obvious with only one mod loaded.....)

Thank you for your responses.  Apparently I was off in my initial terminology and it wansn't a single cell that was affliceted but a group of them.  I was looking through TES4Edit and not really finding the conflict that I was looking for so I decided to look for fixes for the WAC mod.  Wac was among the most recent mods that I had installed but when I had looked during Installing WAC the only fixes or patches that I had came accross where directed towards compatiblity with UL and I already had those installed.  I was able to fix the afflicted area.  WAC adds gnoll camps and apparently the download I had for it had a missing skeleton for one of the kinds of Gnolls that is in the Gnoll camps and one of the camps happens to be in the area that I was having trouble with.  I just wen through the area without a crash and even took out the Gnoll camp.

 

Thank you for your time and effort in helping me sovle my problem.  I was able to find a fix that had eluded me but you still helped me in getting there.  Thank you HeyYou
