My Light won't scale

I am working my way through CKbasics #1 and have run into an issue with FarmInteriorFireLight01, I want to reduce the scale and brightness to match a small fire.

Default brightness / scale wash out the effect I want in game but S:drag mouse has no effect. Seems once the light is placed even selecting it again is at best sketchy.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

We’ll cover lighting in Lesson 4 for now its best to set it exactly as outlined in Lesson 1 so that when you get to lighting, your cell matches the examples ahead. The light is (in this lesson) overlit by design to show you later how to adjust lights.

 I will try to take one lesson at a time and pretend I haven't read the whole class ahead of time.

Is there a way to set the second floor to wire frame or invisible to make placing first floor objects / navmesh a bit less of a claustrophobic exercise?
