I've listed these ideas in descending order by how much I'd want to see them in the game.

The Dark Spire - A gripping adventure starting in Dagon Fel and ending in another world. Here is the WIPz thread: But reading that OP reminds me that I need to fix it up a bit!

Children of the Sky - Gives all Nords (even NPCs if possible) the ability to use their voice as a weapon and tool. These

"voice spells" would cost a mixture of fatigue and magicka depending on the voice type. Depending on your strength and skill you can knockback your opponents, break open locks, fling open doors, create weapons creatures or other temporary structures out of thin air, sharpen your sword, repair armor, and even instant kill your enemies if your willpower is high enough. Here is a link to a topic on the official forums where I attempted to create a discussion about the mod. Oblivion Pose Overhaul - This mod will combine all existing poses into one cohesive collection and expand the functionality. There will be an easy to access and navigate menu with all poses named and categorized. Added to your inventory will be several weightless items which can be tied to different poses of your choice. You may then hotkey these items and so have instant access to them whenever you want. Most poses will now have transitions. Your character won't just immediately jump to the pose when you select it. But these poses are no longer aesthetic only. Now, depending on the category, the pose may have an actual effect in the game. If it is a seductive pose, NPCs may like you more if your personality isn't too low. If you lay down or sit, your fatigue will regenerate faster. If you taunt an enemy with your weapon, they might either become angry or flee depending on how different your stats are and what kind of equipment you have. Also, whenever you activate an object in 3rd person view, your character will perform an animation befitting the object. If it is a shrine, your character will kneel or pray. If it's food, they will pick it up and eat it.

Realistic Falling - Somehow this mod will detect if you are falling and apply and appropriate animation. If your acrobatics is high enough, you will roll when you hit the ground - if it's above a certain height. Also, you may trigger different animations by falling in different directions. You can dive - as if diving into a pool.

Complete Fatigue Overhaul - The purpose of this mod is to make fatigue, running, and encumbrance as close to real life as possible. It's for the hard core realism fans. No longer can you carry 5 different swords, 2 sets of armor, and 50 potions with max strength and no backpack.

You may only carry on your person a very small number of items, limited mainly to a suit of armor and a weapon + a small satchel. Any extra items must go into a backpack. This backpack also has pretty limited space maybe 150 units - and has a max number of items. Your weight and strength directly determines your speed and fatigue expenditure. With the backpack on, your agility and speed are taken down depending on it's weight and your strength. During combat it will be almost imperative to remove your backpack. Pressing a hotkey will quickly drop it to the ground along with all the items in it. You must chose wisely the items you store in your satchel - another separate storage item which only fits around 20 units of weight and has space for 5 items - potions and scrolls go in here.

You can no longer run indefinitely - even with maxed attributes and skills you will eventually run out of fatigue, maybe after 5 minutes or something. But unless you have close to 100 strength and speed or a feather spell you will not be able to run very fast for very long with your backpack on. However, you may quickly sprint for a time - determined by your weight and attributes. Sprinting drains fatigue very quickly. Even a character with max attributes and very little weight cannot sprint for more than 10 seconds before their fatigue runs out. When your fatigue is less than 3/4 your character starts to breath heavily and your attributes slowly deteriorate. If your fatigue reaches zero, you collapse to your knees and cannot attack or move for a time, but you may parry.

Birds of Cyrodiil - These birds will not be creatures, but animated objects with different flight paths. Butterflies, moths, and other flying or floating objects such as kites, airships, pollen, or falling leaves may be seen.

Realistic Health Indication - Having low health, even half health will manifest as various afflictions to your character. Your attributes will drain and you might stagger or lose a limb. Pain will make you blind and cry out with agony.

Cartographers of Cyrodiil - Adds a set of actual maps to the game. These maps come in several different types but each reveals a certain portion of the game map. These maps would be fairly spendy, ranging from 1000 gold for one that only revealed a few locations to 50,000 gold for a master map of all Cyrodiil. The locations revealed would of course be limited to vanilla locations only and would not reveal any secret quest related locations. The documents themselves would look like real maps with locations marked on them, in addition to adding the map markers.

Clouds - Actual clouds (that have meshes and can be flown threw) float lazily over Cyrodiil.

Diseases Revamped - Diseases are now something to fear. If allowed to progress, they will incapacitate you. Your character may show visible or auditory signs of sickness such as paleness, mutation, coughing, or something else equally annoying. Some diseases are very difficult to cure - they can't be cured with a widely available cure disease spell or potion or nine divines alter - they might require a special potion or a cleansing. You can pass diseases on to other people and they will not like you for it.

Athletic Competition - Compete in several events including archery, running, or combat. No killing allowed. These events will build your skill, and may result in nice rewards such as a circlet of gold leaves and cash prizes. They will also be actually challenging, with difficult opponents.

Restaurants - Sit down and order food!

Some diseases are very difficult to cure - they can't be cured with a widely available cure disease spell or potion or nine divines alter - they might require a special potion or a cleansing. You can pass diseases on to other people and they will not like you for it.

Vector is most likely what you're looking for. The creator of this plugin roams this place. Try not to get caught by the disease...

Duke Patrick is making something similar to this, I presume. Try to search for Hammerblade in Beth's Oblivion Mods forum.

Restaurants - Sit down and order food!

There already exist at least two plugins! Look for Hungry Dragon or Slaughterfish Restaurant plugin.
