I wish I could take credit for that joke, but I can't. I read it in a book a friend showed me called "Bathroom Graffiti". That particular joke bit of truth was found on the wall of the Men's Room in the House of Representatives (a most appropriate location). I did make this one:

that is AWESOME.... its similar to the nVidia 3D Glasses, I've played with... don't have them, as you need a Display that is 120Hz or better.
