working with those ruined buildings is FUN! I had loads of fun when I created a burning village in my mod. As previosly said, it needs scorched earth and shadows. Maybe pillars of smoke too, depending on what you want the player to meet when he gets there. Really atmospheric.

I would place burned earth beneath it, however this place was burned to the ground 100's of years before.

Come to think of it now, it really doesn't make since that it burned down that long ago and its still standing like that :P... I guess that's the mysterious part of Oblivion :blink:

I dunno. I know of a lot of ruins that were burned a hundred or more years ago and still standing, so that's quite OK. But some shadows underneath will without a doubt make it even better.
