There's a shop in Solitude that sells fine clothes. The lady running the shop is already an Elder Scrolls classic NPC, as far as I'm concerned, because I love her style. I bought this for Ziniarah. This outfit could have suited a woman in 9th century Scandinavia, actually, because the clear Viking Age inspirations are here even in clothing items. It's great!
