The Statue

There's something wrong with the player character in Skyrim. I created this male character and the fact is that he behaves like nothing more than a statue of Arnold Schwarzenegger. He's completely dead, I mean he's just standing there, staring. In Oblivion characters were looking around and even smiling at other NPC's, but in Skyrim they just stand there - staring. Female characters seem more alive, although they behave the same. I don't know why. Oh well. Nothing a little bit of idle animations can't help, like him scratching his head, looking around a bit and maybe changing facial expressions from time to time.
