[WIPz] Hurdles for Oblivion

Skyrim has them, and they're quite authentically period, so why not Oblivion? This is an early version -- they need some geometric tweaking, and I'm rather unhappy with the texture on the curvy parts, but they work correctly in game. The pieces are modular and can be combined to make any length that is a multiple of the basic two-panel unit. I've found that it works best to make the entire length of straight runs using the placement grid, then turn off the grid and move the pieces into position/rotation together as a unit. Ironically, placing single pieces manually when turning a corner is really easy, while you need the grid to get it right on a straight run!
