Paint Cow

The farmer told me, he painted the cow as a sacrifice for the giants to keep them away from his other cattle - the poor cow ...

Hehe, I have met those too. About 3 days later on the same road I met only the cow on her way back

I followed the farmer to the giant camp just to see if the giant would accept the sacrifice. Next thing i knew, the giant had clubbed the poor farmer up into space itself.

I guess the sacrifice wasn't good enough this year. The cow was left wandering around the plains and got chased down by wolves.
