First dining area: Fine Dining. A Dwemer tower spacer, some retextured bits of the WR lattice, the obligatory Katariah beams, some ivy, and you end up with some pretty neat little dining pavilions. Just big enough to hold an Arie Manor round table, a couple of chairs, and some clutter. The bar is at the end of the carpet past the bard's stage. The kitchen area is beyond the partition behind the bar.
