This looks a little like a surreal version of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland... and, yes, I know that Alice's Adventures in Wonderland are already kinda surreal. The Khajiit is too skinny for Cheshire Cat, while the Hatter is not skinny enough.

 

Looks a bit like in Tom Petty's "Don't Come Around Here No More" video that was inspired by the Mad Tea Party of the Alice novels (while the title of the song is actually a reference to Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac and a night that Dave Steward of the Eurythmics spent in her house after she broke up with Joe Walsh.)
