Heard about it, but never saw it myself. Apparently, if you remove mod which holds the cell in which the creature was, it ends up in Tiber Septim hotel. It's like a hub for lost souls! =D

Yup, a well known bug. Had a few minotaurs there ravaging the place.

Haha, funny though, I have not removed any of the mods they apparently belong to (I checked them with refscope).

Those are Mr Silkas sheep from his farm mod i think, i have them too, i just go over and feed them daily and have been studying hard here so i can move them back to a more plesant place. I think i must have intstalled his farm and then uninstalled it. Also had a slaughterfish in there too..so now it makes sense about how things end up there that are deleted from other places.

Bass Baaaa maybe i need to bring in some spinning wheels and start a fabrics class for some of the NPCs who are wandering around just gossiping all day.
