Hi, I have exported a head to 3ds max and smoothed out the rough edges and now trying to get it back into the original head .nif file to replace the other femaleheadnord nitrishape. Is there an actual guide somewhere for doing this whole process? I have been googling for quite awhile and I haven;t found any actual instructions for doing this with a head. I may have to start the entire thing over again because I was guessing at alot. I've tried copying and paste over but then the head disappears, so I'm not going to get away with guessing on it. It seems like the head has the data and textures, but when I tried to import it directly into racemenu it said failed to import, so something is missing. I tried going to the nifskope forums for this and the forum page appears to be dead. All I want to do is learn how to fix my character's head .nifs and get them back into the game. Attached are a few images of what I was doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
