I tried to locate where all the eyes were looking but I couldn't see anything, any more info?

I have no idea where to go from Cheydinhal. The Oracle told me to go there under the eyes of the gods and I presumsed that was the church so I went there and I can't find anything. Please could I have some help? I've looked on the wiki but there is no information.
