Doing the horse seller quest with Bruin. To start with, when he went into the Foaming Flask he wouldn't interact with the contact inside. A reload fixed this. When searching for the list of things, the Bog Beacon Caps are bugged. The Beacon Caps appear in the location, but the "glow" is offset. The two Caps that appear can be picked but generate no message. l can't progress further on the quest at this point. Thanks.
