There was a goodbye. I saw it. The Reeziken, the main guy, said it was to much work and that the modders working on it were slowly vanishing so he decided to put the mod off. The owner of all the modeling/texture work took his work and moved on to Silgrad's TESIV: Valenwood.

Nice work! It annoyed me to no end that 'Imperial Watchmen' horses didn't have any armor despite my DLC. There suppose to be warhorses/scout horses right?
